Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase it must be returned and received within 30 days from date of purchase. Before returning it, contact us at contact@johnfishjewelers.com to obtain an authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization number. Merchandise must be in new condition and undamaged. All paperwork and parts of product must be returned in its original packaging. Customer agrees to pay return freight on all returns unless otherwise specifically agreed to by John Fish Jewelers.

PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you cancel an order after it has shipped for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from John Fish Jewelers.
